Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

Puerto Rico

United States (including all 50 states)

Canada

Europe: France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the weight of your order. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties:

For shipments to Canada, please be aware that customs duties and taxes (including GST/HST) may be applied once the order reaches your country.These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon receipt of the package.

International shipments to Europe are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or VAT in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Ruta del Sol is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional fees resulting from customs clearance processes.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

For Puerto Rico, United States and Canada, delivery times range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders shipped to Europe are delivered via international carriers. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and customs processing in the destination country. Delivery times range from 5-20 business days, depending on your location and carrier selected. This times are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays, which may vary by country and are beyond our control.

Please note that  national and international shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, especially during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. Ruta del Sol is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, local regulations, peak seasons, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link to the shipping carrier’s website.

Lost or stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.

If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also reach out to our customer service team for help with filing a claim.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hola@shoprutadelsol.com.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-ship the order to the correct address.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address when completing your order.

Holidays & sales

Please note that the processing of the orders and the shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or peak seasons. We advise placing your order ahead of time to ensure timely delivery.

Allow up to 15 additional business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order modifications

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping method or shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
